Mini condensate pumps remove condensate from split, cassette and ducted air conditioners wherever there is no gravity fall for the drain. Built for HVAC installers fitting indoor units in residential and commercial spaces.

A mini condensate pump removes the condensate forming on the indoor unit's evaporator when a gravity drain cannot be routed. A level sensor (float, or a non-contact sensor in the tray) starts the pump, which lifts the condensate through a small-bore tube to the nearest waste stack. Peristaltic and impeller versions install in the trunking, inside the unit, or in the drip tray; an alarm contact that shuts off the compressor on overflow is standard.
Size it on flow in l/h at the required lift (e.g. 12 l/h at 10 m head) — the Q-H curve matters, not the headline maximum flow. Check noise in dB(A) (bedroom installs), maximum lift and discharge run, tube bore, presence of an NC alarm contact, and whether the kit is intended for trunking, in-unit or drip-tray mounting.
