Vacuum pump accessories and parts

This category covers the consumable and replacement items that wear out or get damaged during service: valve cores and caps, Schrader stems, HNBR/neoprene o-rings and gaskets rated for R32, R410A and other A2L refrigerants, service and access valves, 1/4"–5/16" reducers, adapters, blanking caps, flaring lubricant, and accessories for service hoses and cylinders. These are the small parts you can't finish a leak-tight job without after a repair or compressor swap.

A pro selects parts first on refrigerant and working-pressure compatibility — R410A and A2L demand seals and cores with the correct pressure class and material (HNBR rather than plain NBR). Check thread and port size (1/4" SAE, 5/16" for R410A, metric), temperature rating, F-Gas compliance, and whether the part is rated for installation under pressure (e.g. swapping a Schrader core on a charged system with a core removal tool). Keeping a kit of common sizes in the van is what usually closes the job on the first visit.
