Terms & conditions

These Terms set out the rules for using the 4REF.eu online store and the conditions for concluding and performing sales contracts. The seller is 4REF.eu Sp. z o.o.

§1 Definitions

Seller — 4REF.eu Sp. z o.o., Andersa 38, 15-113 Białystok, VAT PL5421998765, e-mail: [email protected].

Customer — a business (B2B) or consumer placing an order. Goods — the HVAC-R tools and accessories listed in the store. Contract — a distance sales contract.

§2 Technical requirements & account

Using the store requires an internet-connected device, a current browser and an active e-mail account. B2B registration requires company details and a VAT number (VIES verification).

§3 Placing orders

Orders are placed by adding goods to the cart and confirming the purchase. The customer receives an e-mail confirmation. The contract is concluded once the order acceptance is confirmed.

§4 Prices & payments

All prices are shown net (excl. VAT). VAT is added per applicable law; for verified EU businesses reverse charge applies (0% VAT).

Payment methods: Przelewy24, BLIK, card (Stripe, 3-D Secure / SCA), Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash on delivery and net-30 deferred transfer for verified businesses.

§5 Fulfilment & delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery is via InPost, DPD or personal pickup in Białystok, across the entire EU. Estimated delivery dates are shown in the cart and at checkout.

§6 Right of withdrawal

A consumer (and a business with consumer rights) may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Returned goods should be complete and undamaged. Refunds are issued within 14 days. See the "Returns" section.

§7 Complaints & warranty

Goods carry a 24-month manufacturer warranty and statutory liability. Complaints may be filed in the dashboard or at [email protected] and are handled within 14 days.

§8 Out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR)

A consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims. The competent body is the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (WIIH), which conducts alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings for consumer disputes.

Free assistance is also available from the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman. Information about consumer rights and ADR procedures is published by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection at uokik.gov.pl. Note: the EU ODR platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

§9 Personal data & final provisions

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy (GDPR). Matters not covered are governed by Polish and EU law. These Terms may change — the version in force when an order is placed applies to that order.
