How orders are shipped
Delivery methods and lead times depend on country, address and courier configuration. Checkout confirms the final options and cost.

Delivery methods & times
In Poland we use couriers and pickup points, and to EU countries we ship via DPD and other methods available for each country. Personal pickup in Białystok (ul. Andersa 38) is free — just wait for confirmation that your order is ready.
We calculate the delivery time based on stock availability, destination country, and when you place your order. Products marked as available are prepared for shipping on the next working day. You'll see the exact delivery date before payment.
Shipping costs
The cost depends on the country, method, cart contents, and package size. If your cart qualifies for free shipping, we show it straight up as "Free" — no promo codes needed.
Free shipping thresholds are calculated automatically and may vary by country and method. The progress bar in your cart shows how much is left until free shipping.
Tracking & pickup
When your package ships, you'll find the tracking number in your email and on your account (Orders → Details). We update the status as it goes.
Check your package at pickup. If the packaging is dented — take photos, note the damage with the courier, and let us know. It'll speed up the shipping claim.
