Returns (14 days)
You have 14 days to return an item, no reason needed. This right applies to consumers and businesses with consumer rights — and at 4REF we extend it to every customer.
How to return
Sign in and go to dashboard → Returns → "Start a return" (or simply e-mail [email protected], or use the model form below). Giving a reason is optional — it helps us improve, but it is never a condition of accepting your withdrawal.
Once your request is registered we will e-mail you a free DPD return label with dispatch instructions — we bear the cost of the return shipment. The 14-day window runs from the day you receive the goods; sending the withdrawal notice before it ends is enough to meet the deadline.
Condition of returned goods
The item should be complete, with accessories and documents. You may inspect it as you would in a shop — but you are liable for any loss of value from use beyond such inspection.
The right of withdrawal excludes, among others, custom-made items and sealed chemical products opened after delivery (hygiene reasons).
