Returns (14 days)
Consumers and businesses with consumer rights have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. For professional B2B purchases we offer a voluntary return path for standard, unused stock items after approval.

How to return
Sign in and go to dashboard → Returns → "Start a return" (or e-mail [email protected], or use the model form below). For consumers and businesses with consumer rights, giving a reason is optional. For professional B2B, the reason and item condition help us confirm whether the return fits our voluntary policy.
Once your request is accepted we will send return instructions. The 14-day window runs from the day you receive the goods; for statutory withdrawals, sending the notice before it ends is enough to meet the deadline.
Condition of returned goods
The item should be complete, with accessories and documents. You may inspect it as you would in a shop — but you are liable for any loss of value from use beyond such inspection.
The right of withdrawal excludes, among others, custom-made items and sealed chemical products opened after delivery (hygiene reasons).
Refund
We refund promptly, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, via the original payment method or to your account. Unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them, whichever happens first.
The refund also covers the cheapest standard delivery offered at checkout. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agreed to cover it or failed to inform you of it. A claim for lack of conformity is a separate route — there, the costs of a justified claim (including shipping) are borne by 4REF as provided by law. The right of withdrawal also applies to a sole trader whose purchase is connected with their business but not of a professional character for them (Art. 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), even though the form says "consumer".
