Accessibility statement
We aim to make the 4REF.eu store usable by as many people as possible, in line with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Conformance status
The store is largely conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. We use semantic headings, keyboard navigation, visible focus, form-field labels, image alt text and respect the reduced-motion setting.
This statement was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by 4REF Sp. z o.o.
Accessibility features
A "skip to content" link, page language switched together with the PL/EN/DE selector, error messages announced to screen readers (role="alert"), full keyboard control and compliant text contrast.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content (locker map, payment widgets) comes from providers and may not fully conform — we are working on alternatives. A contrast audit of selected secondary elements is in progress.

Appeals and supervisory authority
If we do not handle your accessibility report satisfactorily, you have the right to notify a market-surveillance authority. As 4REF Sp. z o.o. is established in Poland, notifications are received by the President of the Management Board of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON), al. Jana Pawła II 13, 00-828 Warszawa, tel. +48 22 50 55 500, under the Act of 26 April 2024 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 731). Consumers in other EU countries may also contact the competent market-surveillance authority in their own country under the national law implementing the European Accessibility Act.
