Payments
At checkout, you'll see the payment methods that work for your country and account type. Every order comes with a VAT invoice, and prices for installers and businesses are shown primarily net.
Available methods
Checkout shows only the methods active for your delivery country and account type: cash on delivery where supported, bank transfer prepayment, and deferred 30-day terms for verified businesses. Card payments, BLIK/Przelewy24, or mobile wallets will appear once we've activated them with the operator.
Before confirming your order, you'll see the total gross amount, VAT, shipping cost, and your chosen payment method. We don't finalize payment without this summary.
VAT and invoices
Every order comes with a VAT invoice — there's no separate "receipt or invoice" choice. Provide your buyer details and VAT/EU VAT number before placing your order; changing details after the invoice is issued may require a correction.
For EU businesses with a valid VAT number (VIES verification), we apply reverse charge (0% VAT) when the conditions for intra-Community supply are met. For other foreign orders, we apply the VAT rate of the delivery country (OSS — One Stop Shop). You can download VAT invoices and corrections from your customer panel.
Trade credit (30-day terms)
Regular, verified B2B customers get access to deferred 30-day payment terms within an assigned trade credit limit. Your available limit and its usage are visible at checkout and in your customer panel.
Security
The connection to checkout is encrypted (SSL/TLS). Your card and payment details stay with the certified operator, not with us — and transactions are secured in compliance with SCA/3-D Secure requirements.
