This category covers everything needed to keep a system in shape: chemical cleaners for condensers and evaporators, anti-fungal and disinfectant treatments for air-distribution systems, condensate removal pumps and products for clearing drain pans and condensate lines. Rounding it out are service accessories — fin combs and straighteners for bent coil fins, OFN (nitrogen) for purging the system, and materials for documenting servicing and the leak checks required under F-gas rules.

When selecting, look first at chemical compatibility with the coil material (aluminium, copper, coated fins), the product's pH (acidic vs alkaline) and its form (concentrate to dilute vs ready-to-use spray). Check the condensate pump's flow rate and lift (l/h and maximum head in metres), its noise level in continuous operation, and for disinfectants, certification and approval for contact with air-handling systems. On sites running A2L refrigerants, confirm the products and procedures introduce no ignition risk.
