The Inframate D is a portable refrigerant leak detector combining advanced infrared sensing with a heated-diode sensor. It allows easy switching between two operating modes for fast, effective leak detection in commercial refrigeration systems, beverage dispensing equipment and other installations. The instrument can pinpoint even very small leaks, including in high-gas-concentration environments.
Equipped with a TFT display, the Inframate D detects leaks as small as 4 g/year (0.14 oz/year). Three sensitivity levels minimise false alarms. Fast 30-second automatic calibration on power-up ensures optimum performance. The detector is powered by a replaceable rechargeable lithium-ion battery providing up to 8 hours of continuous operation per charge.
