These Terms set out the rules for using the 4REF.eu online store and the conditions for concluding and performing sales contracts. The seller is 4REF Sp. z o.o.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to run the store, analyse traffic and — with your consent — personalise content.

We aim to make the 4REF.eu store usable by as many people as possible, in line with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 level AA.

What's in stock ships right away — across Poland and the entire EU. You'll see the delivery time and cost on the product page, in your cart, and before payment.

At checkout, you'll see the payment methods that work for your country and account type. Every order comes with a VAT invoice, and prices for installers and businesses are shown primarily net.

Consumers and businesses with consumer rights have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. For professional B2B purchases we offer a voluntary return path for standard, unused stock items after approval.

Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty and 4REF service handling. Consumers and businesses with consumer rights also have statutory conformity rights.

An HVAC-R tools shop and wholesaler from Białystok. We serve installers, service teams and refrigeration/AC companies across Poland and the EU. We get our hands dirty on installations ourselves, so we only put gear in the shop we'd actually work with.
