Pompki zbiornikowe

When there's no gravity fall and you need a quiet solution under the unit or in the duct — tank-type condensate pumps for air conditioners, refrigeration units, and heat pumps.

About this category: Pompki zbiornikowe

A tank condensate pump is a unit with an integrated reservoir and a float level switch that collects condensate from the evaporator and lifts it to the drain or outside. Unlike peristaltic or inline mini-pumps, the tank version handles higher flow rates (typically 8–12 l/h) and buffers incoming condensate, making it suitable for larger split units, cassettes and ducted systems. Most models include an NC/NO alarm contact that cuts the compressor or a valve on drain failure, protecting the installation against overflow.

When sizing a pump, start from the required flow rate (l/h) with headroom over the unit's condensate output, then check maximum lift height and pipe run — read the flow at the actual operating point, not just the nominal figure. Mind the noise level (dB(A)) for residential installs, the presence and type of alarm contact, port diameters (usually 6 mm hose on discharge), tank capacity, and ease of cleaning the float, plus material resistant to biofilm and scale. For high-condensation units choose models with a removable tank and a check valve.
